Services are scheduled based on availability. You may request a change or transfer of service at least 48 hours before the appointment. Such changes are subject to confirmation and may incur a processing fee. Once a service session is completed, fees are final and not eligible for reimbursement.
4. Digital Materials
Digital materials are delivered electronically and available immediately upon purchase. Once access is granted, all fees are final and not eligible for reimbursement.
5. Physical Products
You may request a refund for unopened products in original packaging within 14 days after receipt. To qualify, you must notify Lumistay in writing. Approved reimbursements will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

Service fees are final after completion. Before service delivery, you may request a postponement or transfer by notifying Lumistay at least 48 hours in advance. Postponements are subject to availability and may incur a processing fee.
6.2. Digital Materials
All sales of digital materials are final once access is provided. No reimbursements are offered for digital downloads or access to online content.
6.3. Physical Products
Refund requests for unopened and undamaged products must be submitted within 14 days after you take possession. Once approved, Lumistay will process reimbursements via the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping fees remain with the purchaser.
6.4. Non-Refundable Services
Certain consultation sessions or custom integration services may be non-refundable due to resource allocation. In such cases, Lumistay will clearly state the non-refund status at the time of purchase and provide justification based on personalized service design.
7. Modifications to Terms
Lumistay reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of services after updates constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
